Warranty
Statement
Wyse Technology
warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of one or three years after the date of purchase. Refer
to the specific limited warranty card, which is
shipped with each product, for exact warranty terms and conditions.

Date of purchase
will be determined by a valid proof of purchase. The criteria for
a valid proof of purchase is that it must be machine printed and
include the following information:
 Name
and address of Reseller
Purchase
date
Model
number(s) of product(s) purchased
Serial
number(s) of product(s) purchased
In the event
that a valid proof of purchase is not available the warranty period
will be determined by the date of manufacture. Date of
manufacture is based on a date-coded serial number printed on the
rear label of each product.
Wyse Thin Clients
- 3 Year Warranty
With the introduction of Wyse's next generation
line of products and three new products within our classic line,
the warranty on some thin-client terminals has been increased to
a standard warranty of 3 years. Registration is no longer required
to receive this warranty, but is recommended in the event that you
intend to purchase one of our service programs. Effective March 2,
2005, the warranties on many models was changed to 3 years.

The standard warranty on most models of Wyse's General Purpose
Terminals is three years. Please see the table below to determine
the warranty for your terminal.

Registering
Your Warranty
Wyse provides you with a convenient method to register your General Purpose
or Wyse Thin Clients via the internet. Although registration
is not a prerequisite for obtaining warranty service for those products, with
our new 3 year warranty, it will greatly simplify the process for service and
the purchase of warranty extensions.
To register your thin clients or general purpose terminals, just
fill out the on-line registration form at http://webdev-us.wyse.com/registration/
and click the [Submit] button.
