The Wyse® Winterm™ 5150SE thin client, powered by the Wyse Linux V6 operating system, is an advanced system running on an AMD Geode™ GX 533@1.1W* processor that is setting new standards for performance and value for thin client devices.

The Wyse Winterm 5150SE and Wyse Linux V6, which will be available in Q4 of this year, deliver the most innovative and modular thin client on the market, customizable to specific needs across a wide variety of platforms, including Windows, Unix/Linux, IBM, X-Windows, and Java. The device offers unique "stateless" plug-and-play configuration, requiring no configuration to replace devices, for additional savings in support cost and time.

The Wyse Winterm 5150SE thin client offers a secure read-only file system that provides the highest protection against software corruption and virus attacks. The device features a functional, compact chassis with USB and legacy I/O ports and fits unobtrusively on or under a desk or can be easily mounted on a wall.
